Shipping & Returns


What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed and shipped by lisledesigns via FedEx Ground within 2-3 weeks of order, unless otherwise noted. Each made by hand order is shipped free of charge to addresses within the continental US. Free shipping is not avalble on expedited shipments.

IMPORTANT

lisledisigns’ online store is open 24/7, and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

FedEx delivers Monday through Friday.

FedEx does NOT deliver to Post Office boxes (PO Box).

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, lisledesigns is unable to ship overseas or outside of the US at this time. We hope to make this an option in the future!

What is your return/exchange policy?

lisledesigns’ quilted blankets and home goods are made by hand, to order. Quality is our goal, and we do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Should any item fall short of your expectations, non-personalized items in their orginial condition and packaging may be exchanged for a full refund within 15 days of customer receipt. Items returned later than 15 days of receipt will be issued an exchange or store credit.

In order to process a refund, or exchange/credit, the item must be safely shipped back to lisledesigns in its original condition and packaging. The return request must be indicated on the packing slip provided and included in the return shipment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. We do not provide shipping labels for this process. lisledesigns is not liable for any damages that may occur during return shipping due to improper care. We strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via FedEx or UPS.

Returned merchandies must be traceable with a tracking number.
